Well this is it. Our other website is now up and we're going to be using that on a regular basis. Wowstead has changed a few things and will be taking away a lot of the things we use come December, which is why we're changing. We will be having a contest starting in the next few days on the other site so make sure to check it out!

I thought I should probably put an update up on here. It's with a sad heart to inform you all that we are no longer raiding as a guild. We've lost some invaluable members that we're sad to see go, however our guild is just not meant to raid. We will of course still be doing what we've always done and looked to the guild when we're starting up a pug or what not, but its no longer on a schedule. We're taking a break while we join in on the Cataclysm events.
I would like to bring our guild back to what it used to be. A fun, talkative social guild where anyone is welcome. We will be opening up recruitments for whatever class and level once more so if you know of anyone who sounds like that, feel free to invite them.
Also our guild website is going to be changing in the next week. Our forums will be transfered over and we will be using that one instead. Please, go on it often. I don't work on it for just my own health here people. I would like to use it as an additional social network when we're not on. The link will be below.
And in honor of Cataclysm dropping soon, I'm posting a video that always makes me think of our guild. I hope we'll stay as we've always been, a tight, warm welcoming guild. For those of us that have gone on to raiding guilds, I wish you luck and you always have a spot here with us. <3

First off I wanted to say well done with ICC you all and that you all have progressed really fast considering raiding only one day a week! I just wanted to say you all really KICK A$$! So with our days numbered until cataclysm hits we really need to kick it into high gear if you want to kill the Lich King before the expansion. So in order to meet this demand we will be raiding on Saturday as well as Sunday. Raids will start at 7 p.m. server on Saturday. If anyone has an issue with the time please post about it. Thank you all for such a fun time raiding, lets make these last 3 to 4 weeks count!

We will now be utilizing the rank "Puca". This will be our raider rank. In order to become a raider you must first, join the guild and spend a week as an initiate. This will allow us to judge how well you fit in with the guild socially, and how well you fit in with the raid group. After your one week trail the officers will get together and discuss on how we feel you "fit in". If we decide you are an asset for our raid group and our social atmosphere we will present you with two choices. The first is to become a social member. Here you will not receive any of the responsibilities or benefits of the raider rank, but you will be able to fill in if there is a shortage and you will more or less be in the guild because you enjoy hanging out with everyone. The second is to become a raider. This means you have more responsibilities that include-
1. You must be on for scheduled raid times. As of now we raid every Sunday 5 server. Be on 15 minutes before hand.
2. You must get your consumables and enchants before the raid. Do not wait till we get there to ask if anyone has a spare flask. Our raids tend to go on until someone HAS to leave which usually means 3 to 4 hours or more of raiding. Be prepared. This also includes repairs. As a raider we offer 20g toward repairs. It's not going to be enough so make sure you have gold.
3. You will post on the forums if you know you will not make it to the scheduled raid. http://ceruleansky.wowstead.com/forums/raiding/wotlk-raids/icc-10 <--- use that link if you need to know where to put your post.
4. Even though you are a raider, and are bound by my "raider rules" you still must adhere to the guilds general rules. You can find them here.Along with becoming a raider and accepting these responsibilities you also gain some benefits.
1. You are guaranteed a raid spot. This means if there are 10 raider rank/officers on of the right class and spec the WILL get into the raid. NOTE! If there is more than 10 we may have to ask a dps or extra role to sit out. We WILL be alternating if it becomes consistent and if we recruit enough people we will inevitably begin to run two 10 man groups.
2. You get first dibs on gear, an extent. We use a free roll loot system. Main spec is greater than Off spec. One main spec per person. You main spec is what we RECRUITED you for. We may ask you to heal if your off spec is healing and it is geared enough, but you still get dibs on damage/tank or whatever you main spec gear is. However if you have gotten completely spoiled this run, and are the only person to have won stuff and only won it because you are the only raider rank that can use the gear, it is at the raid leaders discretion to give it to another person in the raid group. <under revisions with other officers and guild leader>Any questions/complaints/ideas are to be sent to me via in game whispers, mail or a message or post on the guild site. DO NOT BOTHER ILLY OR ANY OTHER OFFICERS. Elbareth however may be able to answer a few of your questions.
Now I know this has been a long winded post and yes it still needs revisions, but this is what I intend to do with the raider rank. As far as recruiting goes use the initiate rank "Brownies" to feel out our new recruits if we like them then give them the options. Things like loot and raider rank "perks" need to be worded better and made to be free of loop holes. So officers and other members please read over this and give your feedback.
Thank you,
GRAGASPS illy get that new guild site done. kthxbai.

In honour of Patch 4.0 I would like to share with you all a comic that reminds me of this moment.

Attention all of you 80’s, lately we have been slacking on running raids for those of you who are not yet geared for ICC. Starting soon I will be setting up a raid team for the non ICC raids thus making a solid 10 man raid group that we could take subs from if needed for our 10 man ICC raid group. We have a lack of geared people to sub in and by having a solid 10 man raid group to pull from will help this guild in its progression through ICC. The 10 man group will be made up of 9 non officers and one officer that will lead the raid and handle loot. The officer leading will be rotated depending on the week. Things to know if you wish to be considered for this 10 man raid team.
- I don’t expect anyone to have a huge raid experience, this is absolutely fine! This is what the purpose of the group is-to give you guys a good understanding of raid mechanics and the ability to work together to achieve a goal. what I do expect is full effort to achieve and learn
- The ability to listen and take orders. This is vitally important if you wish the raid group to succeed and be successful.
- Know your class! Again this is vitally important to the success of the raid group- I realize that you cant possibly know everything about your class, but you do need to know your class
- Respect- I will not tolerate nor will any of the officers tolerate any rude or immature behavior during raiding. We are there to accomplish a task and any bullshit will be dealt with, possibly with the offender being removed from the raid group-or being suspended for the next raid.
- Patience. Wipes will happen and as long as everyone was giving full effort it is no big deal! We will get right back and down the boss.
- northrend flying- I’m assuming most have this but some raids require you to enter by flying- which is no big deal if you are summoned however a summon will not always be available and if there is a wipe it would help :D
- Commitment, This is huge, I need to know that you are committed to the raid team and will not flake on raids without a decent excuse.
- Quick Learner: It is imperative that the people that we bring are able to learn the fight quickly and be able to apply that knowledge almost immediately.
Please if you are interested in joining this raid team let one of the officers know by replying to this and or psting an officer in game. We will contact you and set up a time to interview you for the position. -
Soooo... Nobody replied to me.. SO! I'm making it easy for ya in case you can't find my thread about officer meeting dates and times.

TA DA! Now. I expect replies! >:I Or else I'ma lay the smack down on all y'all!
Just kidding. But please, it'd be helpful instead of all of us trying to at the last minute figure out when to have our meetings.
Also, we're asking for our officers to write down their suggestions and comments at the link below. So please, before the meeting on wednesday, go here and write down your list of thing so we can talk about it then.

So, if you didn't know: Today is none other than Illy's Birthday! So, in her honor, Cerulean Sky is taking over the Crossroads, tonight (Thursday, August 5) at 8 server. If you don't know where the Crossroads is (The Barrens), then log on early, and one of us will take you there. Bring presents, fireworks, booze, cake, or whatever else you want to bring for a kick ass, take names, horde stompin' FIESTA! Party dress is encouraged, but remember, when you're fighting off the enemy faction, equipment manager is your friend. =]
In other news:
While we have been successfully doing the weekly for a few months now, we're still having to PuG people in. If you have an 80, and you want to do the weekly raid, please consider waiting until Wednesday night. =] If the demand for a guild weekly increases, I'll lead a 2nd run on a Saturday night.
This Saturday, we're getting together to go for [Glory of the Hero], with as many groups as we can form. We have enough healers for 4 groups, and probably enough DPS to fill those, but we're ridiculously short on Tanks. So, if you have a free Saturday night, and a tank, you should sign up!
/salute!

"Freshly born from the Twisting Nether, the Celestial Steed flying mount lets you travel in style astride wings of pure elemental stardust. So saddle up, because this supernatural warhorse will fly as fast as your riding skill will take you, and it will travel at 310% speed if you have at least one other 310% mount. "
So I'm sure you've all seen it. The Sparkle Pony running around Stormwind, Dalaran or flying around in the sky making you want to go ooooo. Yes. I know you all want to ooo it. Don't deny it. Well if you don't know, its $25 from the Blizzard Store (Yes your guild leader will be getting one at some point.. Just cause its sparkley ^_^) so go get yours now! Yes it does go on all your characters, and all future characters which is a pretty nifty feature. Normally I wouldn't be posting anything about something like this because it isn't really that big of news. However, I have found a video featuring it and I have decided that that in itself is big enough news to warrent a News post. So, here it is. You must all watch and laugh. <3
